Welcome to Richmond Elementary Nestled in the corner of the high desert, at the confluence of the Cascade and Sierra Nevada mountain ranges, Richmond School sits along what once was a wagon trail into Lassen County. Established in 1864 Richmond is the oldest, longest continuously operated school in Lassen County.  |
