Halloween PORCH DECORATING cONTEST
Since we are not able to host the Halloween Carnival this year, we have chosen to hold a porch decorating contest. There is a $25 entry fee. All profits raised will go back into the various programs RCA financially supports at Richmond Elementary.
We will post your photo of your spooky, autumn, or cute Halloween porch decor on the RCA Facebook page. Families can go to the RCA Facebook page to vote for their favorite. You do not need a Facebook account to enter your photo submission into the contest.
Voting will be held October 24th - October 30th. The winner will be announced on October 31st on the RCA Facebook age. The top 3 voted porches will win a prize!
The deadline for photo submission in October 23rd.
